If anyone has ever used the smudge tool in photoshop, you'd know that there are two ways the arrow appears when you're actually "smudging"- the two dotted lines that form a cross, or the circle option. Well, somehow I changed the smudge arrow from circle to the dotted lines and I HATE it, so I was wondering if anyone knows how to switch it back?
