Yay! i felt like making a new one so here we go for this icon

i'm doing this from scratch because when i made the icon i didnt think i was going to make a tutorial. but i decided to so bare with me please.

duplicate the base.

right now i'm gonna use a technique by vardasicons  because it makes the icon look so much better.

desaturate by clicking shift + h

make ur settings like this.

 u will get this.

create a new raster layer...set the blend mode to overlay at opacity 100.

we are going to color the eyes by using the paint brush. pick a color (im using  #1ABE04  because ville's eyes are a beautiful green) and by using a round paint brush, color in the eyes.

you should get this.

merge the layers.

now were gonna use the soften brush to fix up the pic.

set it to hardness 50.

ok. now duplicate it twice.

go to layers>>properties>>overlay at opacity 100

and then the other copy go to layers>>properties>> soft light at opacity 100

ok now lets go on to my own little technique thingy.

select your freehand selection tool.

select ville's lips. all around them,just dont selct the teeth.

when they are selected go to adjust >> hue and saturation>> colorize. make it look like this.

it should look somewhat like this now. the lines dont hafta be perfect, because i know its quite hard to do that.

make a little line on the bottom lip (if u want) using the dodge tool.

 and make the settings like this.

make a small line on the bottom lip.

like this.

i wanna make the eyeliner and some of the face more defined. so i use my burn brush to do so.

 set it to shadow

and burn around the eyes and lips. (it will look better when resized.)

ok now time to resize!!

crop it to 100 x 100

go to layers>> duplicate

and then go to layers>>properties>>screen at opacity 60

you should get this.

sharpen once.

next i added some tiny text and rotated it on the side. i got this.

after that i used the rectangle tool to creat a small square like thing in the side, letting the horizontal one stick out almost to ville's face.

next i added a red splatter around the top.

i added some text, and voila. we're done. i know this is weird.

there should be very different outcomes with this. because the coloring can get weird.
