PSP 8 Tutorial #2 gerard way

ok another because i was bored. [there are quite a few images in here. not a friend of dial-up]

go from this  to this

ok get your base

save 2 copies of it.

take your base and go to layers>>duplicate

next go to layers>> properties>>screen at opacity 100

you should get this--

merge the layers.

go to layers>>duplicate.

then go t layers>>properties>>soft light     opacity 100

next go to adjust>>color balance

make your settings like this

you should get this  not much of a difference but i liked it anyways. =)

save 2 copies of this base.

next go to adjust>>hue and saturation>>colorize

make your settings look like this

you will get this

open your second base

go to image>>greyscale. []

resize the image to 40 x 40. to keep the resized pic from looking pixelized, when you resize..make your setting look like this

sharpen once. add a 2 px white border by going to image>>add borders.

this is what you should get.  

paste it onto your 1st base [this one ]

so it looks like this.

open your third base.

open your second copy of the first base. [this ]

resize to 40 x 40. sharpen once. add a 2 px white border. you should get this []

paste this onto your first base [this]  so it looks like this [] (oh i added a scribble brush by teh_indy  around it just to make it look cool.) :D

merge the layers.

then i added a tape brush around the small pictures again, they are by teh_indy . they have really good brushes. :D</span>
