Help with finding a tutorial

After searching through the memories and my I.E. history...I still couldn't find this tutorial.

All I remember is it was an anime-like image and they tutorial made it into a rainbowy line drawing. This would have been a couple of days ago...as in wednesday or later. Any help would be most apprieciated!
