selection tool; photoshop 7

Hey all, just a small question that's probably really easy but I'm just being very close minded today, I guess. I have checked in the memories section, and came at a dead-end.

I'm trying to create a rounded border, however I can't find the correct marquee tool. All I have in Photoshop 7 is the rectangle, elliptical, single row, and single column marquee tool. I'm not finding a rounded rectangle...

Is there another way to create one, or am I just blind?
