photobucket bandwith issue

if this isn't allowed then you can delete this entery
but it is icon related-i can't post my icons..cause you can't see them.
last night i was uploading icons to photobucket, then it suddenly said i had two many. so my bandwith was exceeded. i deleted a page full of pictures that night. (20 pictures)
today, when looking at one of my images it had the "bandwith exceeded" symbol.
i then deleted 6 pages (120 pictures). yet it still says "bandwith exceeded", when last night all i added at the most was 20 at low kb.
whats the problem, and how do i solve it?
