A new basic blend tutorial!
Need to know how to do an easy basic feather blend with PSP8? Well...
-=-Picture heavy!!
-=-Comment if you need help
1.) Get 2 (or how ever many u want) images. I used this and this from emmy rossum.net.
2.)
Copy one of the pictures and paste it onto the other picture (make sure you put it as a New Layer). You could always movie it with move button on the left sidebar.
3.) Once it loks like this:

use the selection button on the side bar:
: to select the part you want to feather ::

4.)
Selections > Modify > Feather
5.)
Choose how much you want to feather/blend together.
6.) After you press ok, the selection might expand or highlight. If you move your mouse over that part of the image the cross will appear. Click and hold, then move it off the screen. Continue feathering until satisfied.
7.) the end result could be:

8.) Add whatever you want, my preference:

Hope that could help some one!
