I have two questions...I have searched the memories, but was unable to find what i was looking for...
does anyone know where I can get these two heart brushes that are used in these two icons?
and does anyone know how to get this effect?
someone said to use the solar flare filter, I have Photoshop 8 and its not there under filters...does it need to be downloaded? if so, could someone direct me where to go?
