Question!
I'm trying out this tutorial, which is very nice, by the way. ;D Tutorial by

But the problem is...I'm using Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0. The tutorial was designed for Adobe Photoshop 7.
At this point in the tutorial, it is requred to make a halftone of the image. Is there any way to do that in elements?
Using this base, the only things I can come up with are 50% threshold, pattern dither, and diffusion dither.
I'd either really appriciate help or someone to tell me that it can't be done. :P
