Cutouts
What exactly are they? I stalk watch some icon grading communities, like 
i_elitists, and I noticed many of them have the category CutOuts. I've looked through the FAQ to see if there was a tutorial on them but I couldn't find any. Regardless, I would just like to know what they are first and then if there are any tutorials people know of for PS7, could I see those too?
