PSP9 tutorial?

Hi, I looked in the memories but I dont see a tutorial for PSP9. I am very new to it and it is actually my first program of any kind in making LJ and pics. So I really need a tutorial and I would prefer one that has everytihng in it. Anyone point me to one?
