There's already many tutorials on this I know, and many don't even need a tutorial on how to do this since it's so incredibly easy, but I keep getting asked this. I thought that maybe anyone else can use it, or you can just discard this entry.

Oh, also. In case anyone still wishes to know this, this is an old tutorial I made sometime ago that helps users with PSP (And I'm sure it can be used for other programs too) on how to achieve the petal animation many of you might of seen.
