PS to Paint Shop Pro 7 Questions

I use Paint Shop Pro for all of my graphicy work, and I keep seeing fabulous tutorials for PS that talk about 3 things in particular that I've been wondering about equivalents of in PSP:

So basically, how do you do, or the equivalent of, the following in PSP:

1) Selective Colour Layers
2) Vivid Light layer
3) Pin Light layer
