PSP9 tutorial on fixing a picture

I made an easy, detailed tutorial on how to fix a regular picture/icon by smoothing, cleaning, adjusting, and making the overall picture way better. It's for PSP9, but I'm sure it can be easily translated for PS. There's alot of pictures, so it's not too friendly to dial-up users.
