Old paper/burnt edges tutorial

Since it was asked recently, I made a tutorial for the parchment/burnt edges look. I'm hoping it will be fairly easy to understand, if you know where/what all your tools are. For Adobe PS. (I used CS, but I know it translates down to 7. Not sure about other versions.)
