After resizing and cropping, I've ended up with this base:
I duplicate the base and set the duplicant to screen at 50% opacity which gives me this:
Next I take this gradient
and set it to screen which gives me this: 
I take another gradient
and set it to screen as well, giving me this: 
I duplicate the layer that was just added which gave me this:
I merge the three layers together and set them at 40% opacity on overlay which gives me this:
Now I set this gradient
to softlight at 25% opacity which gives me this: 
Now I set this gradient
to softlight at 50% opacity which gives me this: 
Next I take this texture
and set it to softlight which gives me: 
I don't like how it's covering Rorys face, so I earse the parts that cover her skin, which leaves me with this:
Now, I take this texture
and set it to screen which gives me this: 
Now I duplicate the base and send it to the top, setting it to overlay at 50% which gives me this:
I felt that this icon needed a thin border so I used this
in black and set it to overylay which gave me this: 
I typed 'On Fire' in size 10 Palatino Linotype in white and duplicated it which gave me this:
I put a small text brush for decoration below it along with a few x brushes and the icon is complete:
