PSP8 problem

Okay, it just did this 3 times in a row... in my Paint Shop Pro8, when I resize a picture, after I click all the settings to resize it, when I hit okay, it says "Parameter out of range" and closes the program. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it? It doesn't do it when I crop it, only when I bring up the settings to resize it (pixel resize 100x100, weighted average, etc) and hit okay.
