Frustrated
Okay I posted a little earlier about a problem that I was having, and I decided that I would explain again with the help of some images.
Here goes.....I have GIMP 1.2, and I am trying to make an icon that is animated. I had recieved some suggestions from some other people, but they are for GIMP 2.0 and 2.2, and do not really help all that much with my issue.
Here is an image of the layer,channels,paths that I have my images in
As you can see, image is a little different, and the fist and last are different all together.
I am able to play the animation by going into filters > Animation and clicking on play animation. which looks like this...
As you can see, it starts at frame one, and will play all the way to frame 19.
My problem is, I can't figure out how to save it so that the animation will work. I have been given the suggestion of saving it as a .GIF file, but since I have GIMP 1.2, it does not have this option in the save catagory. So the question is, how do I save the images all 19 frames, so that I can load it into my LJ and use it as a user icon. SO it plays like I see it before I save it!
So, I guess if anyone can help with this issue I would be forever eternally greatful.
