text question.

Can anyone tell me where I can find this [[http://www.psphelp.com/Fctext.html]] tutorial but for paint shop pro 8? I don't know what psp this guy is using and it's giving me a headache just thinking about it. =/ Or if anyone here could show me how it's done, I'd be eternally grateful. =)
