Help!

Hey guys, I have a question about saving an icon on Image Ready. Usually, I have no problems saving any/all of my animated icons on Image Ready. I normally design them using Photoshop CS and edit them in ImageReady. However, I've been having problems lately - they won't save as ".gif"s. I can only save them as "jpeg", "HTML" or "HTML and Images", any idea why? I have changed my designing stlye...or anything else for that matter.

Help!
