My 2nd Tutorial
I just created a tutorial for the following icon. Enjoy!

1. Start off with your base. Resize it 100x100 and sharpen once.
2. Duplicate the base. Set to Screen 100%
3. Duplicate the base again. Set to Overlay 75%. Your image should look similar to this:
4. Add this gradient as a new layer (thanks to 
detoxcocktails ). Set to Overlay 100%.
5. Add this gradient as a new layer (thanks to detoxcocktails ). Set to Lighten 80%.
6. Apply this brush to your image as a new layer (thanks to pekeana ). Set to Screen 67%. Erase parts around the face and body.
7. Add this border as a new layer (thanks to pekeana ). Set to Screen 100%.
8. Now it's time to add the text. I used the font impact for "eye" and fontdinerdotcom for "candy". Add a drop shandow for a nice effect and that's it!
