I swear I looked, and maybe I looked over it, but how do you cap a streaming video? Is there a way?

I really would love to make some from screen caps of a streaming video. It's not DVD.

I have Photoshop7.0 and IR 7.0 I also have Power DVD, Quicktime, WMP

Please help.
