Typing Icons

I tried looking in the memories, but couldn't find any. I tried do each letter each frame, but then I don't have a steady hand so the text sort of wobbles. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? If you know, or if you can point me to where this is at in the memories please let me know. Also, what sites do you guys use to post your icons so you can put them on here? I am currently using fotopic, but it takes forever. Thanks!
