Uh.. I'm kind of a newbie in Photoshop 7. Anyway, I've seen loads of icons where the icon-maker cut a part of their base picture so they could paste it onto some other layer. Now the question is: how the hell do you cut?? I've been trying to figure out the slice tool without any success. I know it seems like a stupid question but I'm not sure how to cut pictures. Tried looking into the memories but nothing. I'm using PS 7. Thanks in advance!
