Marquee tool

Whenever I use the rectangular marquee tool, and make a selection, a box pops up that says: "Warning, no pixels are more than 50% selected. The edges of the selection will not be visible." Can anyone tell me what that means and how I can fix it? Thanks a bunch :) Oh, I'm using Photoshop CS, btw
