First tutorial in PSP

Okay! So this is my first tutorial ever!
How to start from nothing and go to this
I'm sure it can be translate in other program.



1. Open a new 200x200 document.

2. Fill it with the color you want. I used #FF23FC
Result:

3. Add some noise with these settings.

Result:

4. Then do a motion blur with these settings.

Result:

6. Make a new raster layer

5. Then I added this brush in black

Brush from my_wonderful
Result:

6. Then this brush in black

Brush again by my_wonderful
Result:

7. I added these three brushes with this color #0753FF



Result:

8. Then add this brush with this color #19FF07

Result:

8½. MERGE ALL YOUR LAYERS!

9. Now it's time to resize that icon in 100x100 and sharpen it once.
Result:

10. Then add this texture by pasting it as a new layer on your icon. Then set the blend mode to diffenrence and set the opacity to 36

Result:

11. Then add this brush in white.

Result:

12. Then this brush in white too.


13. MERGE ALL YOUR LAYERS AGAIN!

And now you're done!


Btw I don't really remember who made ALL the brushes I used so if it's yours, just tell me!
