Flashing Image in PS ImageReady

I've been trying animate the icon bellow so that the words fade in an out. I seemed to have achieved this, but why does my icon flash like that?

I made this from three initial frames, one with just the piccy, one with piccy and shhh, and one with piccy and genius at work. I imported them as a folder of frames into PSIR and then tweened them.



HELP! I'm new at this and totally lost!
