Another Icon Tut.
A pretty easy tutorial on how to make this icon: 
First, take this image:
and resize it to 100 x 100 pixels: 
Duplicate the layer and set it on Screen:
Desaturate the image (Image > Adjustments > desaturate):
Then go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur and set the amount to 18:
Erase the area of lips on the top image:
Copy the texture:
and paste onto the image: 
Then, copy the border:
and paste onto the image:
Flatten the image and you’re done.
