Can anyone help me make her neck look less sharp and jagged without making it look blurry? I've got it saved as a PSD, so I can still go back and change whatever. Also, does anyone have any suggestions for any kind of a border for this? It's a light background and I'm afraid it will look bad on other lighter backgrounds. Thanks! ♥
