Mini movie problem.

Hi there. I made my first mini movie this morning and I was fine. But when I had done all the frames in Image Ready (I use PS7 and IR3 I think) I set the time delay to none and previewed it. To me it looked fine, so I saved it and up loaded it to photobucket. But then it turned out like this:



See that to me looks to fast, and it didn't look like that when I previwed it. Is there any way to stop this? Or is it just a fault with Image Ready?
