How To Make This Icon

Here's a small tutorial on how to make this icon:

First, take this image: and resize it to 100 x 100 pixels:

Then, take the Magic Wand and click and delete everything except for Kurumi and her outline:

Then, go to Filter > Artistic > Neon Glow and make apply it to the image (glow size: 15, glow brightness: 25, color: FBB1FA)

Then, go to Edit > Stroke and apply (outside, pixel: 3, color: CD4E60)

Then, open your background

Copy the other image and paste it

And now you’re done (given that you flatten the image). =D
