I've been wanting to try out icon making for a while now, problem being that the most sophisticated graphic design program I have on my computer is Microsoft Paint. Yeah. Problem, lol. Sooo, I was wondering if any of you talented icon makers could recommed a good graphic design program/preview available for download? I downloaded the trial version of PSP awhile ago, but the time limit ran out >< If you don't know of any downloads, maybe there's a relatively cheap design program you all could recommend...I'm kinda' poor right now so I don't think I could afford Adobe Photoshop or anything like that.
