1) Using this base of Elisha Cuthbert


2) Duplicate layer > Saturate (Ctrl + Shift + U), blending mode Screen 100%, merge layers


3) Light texture by me, blending mode Screen 100%

5) Here I copied certain parts of the icon to make separate boxes, added a 2px frame of #D1CDAF around

Added some accents, and "Elisha" flipped 90 degrees, overlayed, and done!
