I know there are abillion posts on the glow effect, but I have one more ^_^;.
I'd really like an opinion, which program does the effect better? I use PaintShopPro 7 and its okay but I've seen icons where it comes out fantastic. Would PSP8 improve it?
If not, is there a better technique? What I do is duplicate the layer, set brightness/contrast to 10/30 then gaussian blur to 2.00, then go to properties and lower the opacity.
