Hola, I was wondering if someone could help me with some layers stuff.

I'm working with PSP9, and I'm trying to do layers, how do you paste another picture on top of an already done picture? Usually it comes up as a new image...I'm sorry, that makes little or no scense...*sighs*

Anyway, any help is appreciated. Much love.
