Paintshop tutorial

Since a lot of people have been asking about 1) how to outline text in Paintshop and 2) how to do borders/frames in Paintshop, I've tried to make a tutorial explaining both on an example icon, including lots of screencaps of the PaintShop functions I used. Also, I'm including some basic steps in making a picture looking a bit brighter and colorful. This is my first try, so don't be too hard on me ;)

I'm using Paint Shop Pro 6, but I'm sure most of the functions are the same on other versions of PSP.
