Full Icon Tutorial
Start off with your base image:
Set a new layer filled with #759FF3 to soft light.
Set a new layer filled with #000000 to overlay.
This gradient was made using the original image of her.I created this gradient by clicking on Effects>>Distortion effects>>Wind>> and messing around with the levels. Then once I had the first wind added I did it three times alternating between left and right. Then I duplicated the layer and set it to screen.
This gradient is from
pessimistchick copy and layer this onto the image and set it to Color(L).If you want the image to show more you might want to lower the opacity, it depends on your preference.
Then add text. Size 1. Arial.
