Text behind transparency

Hi There!
Long time member, first time poster.
I'm having some problems with an icon I made:

See how, underneath the scrolling text, more text is visible? I have no idea how it got there and more importantly; how to get rid of it! It's nowhere to be seen when I preview it, just after uploading...
Suggestions, anyone??
I use PS7 and IR.
