Text help please.

Hai. Im just wondering how you would get the text to look like that.
Not the type of font, i mean the transparancy, the unique look.
Ive tried a few things but i cant quite get it to look like that.
And on the pixel font, where its a darker border, i cant get it to border the
inside. Ive checked the memories for any question like this.
Maybe im just dumb o-O;

(A tutorial would be nice...but not nessessary)
