Ugh. I'm trying to make that blinking dashed border around the icon. So okay, I made two frames with the colors alternated on each frame to make it appear blinking. The problem is, whenever I preview the animation it looks alright to me but once I save it I notice that the optimized version replaced the dashes in only one color so it's not animating. I've never had this problem before just now. I already tried changing some settings on the customise box but it's still the same. Help please?
