two questions I don't believe I saw in the archives
First of all, I'm working in Photoshop 5.0, so this may not make sense for anyone whose programs are up to date even a little, but here goes.
Every time I crop something, the program automatically fades the outer single pixel border a little. Is there a way to fix this besides going in and restoring it manually every time?
I'm also on a laptop, and I have been getting very frustrated because I keep thinking I've finished an icon to my satisfaction, and then I save it and post it into photobucket or even just move it to a different part of the screen and it looks much (dirty word) less good. Any advice besides checking it on a normal monitor?
