I looked through the memories (and I might have missed it, so if I did, sorry) and I looked all throughout Photoshop Help, but no such luck. How do you take jpg files and make them into a gradient file to be uploaded through Photoshop 7? If that's not possible, how do you upload jpg's as gradients in Photoshop 7?

I recently got a new computer, and lost all of my gradients in Photoshop 6. Since getting 7, I haven't figured getting the gradients back into the program.
