Ok! So Im all new to this whole icon thing! Can anyone point me in the right direction of a free (or trial version) icon maker or good icon program! Hopefully one where i can add animations!! I can find some but most of them cant be used for LJ icons! That would be sooooooooooooooooooo sweet! Thanx mucho, mucho!!! *mwah*
And if you dont know a free one, what is the best one that I can buy??
