Jpeg Image stretch - PSCS or PS7
Quick question.
That image was originally saved as a jpeg, why do the pixels look as though they were stretched to the max?
This is not my image, just a crop of the original. But I have had graphics that do this as well and have just been curious.
I haven't seen .gif s do this only jpeg files.
