Okay here is my delimia and it's almost embarrassing that I can't figure this out on my own but you see I have this picture of James Marsters
Ahh isn't he pretty that's not the problem..the problem is I never know when to put texture on what color and what blending mode to do it in! LOL
I would use brushes but mine broke and everytime I try to work them they end up corrupting the system it really sucks (and I'm on dialup and it took like 12 hours to download!)
Anyway...I have PSP 8. Anyone want to help? Sorry this is such a silly question.
