Hey guys. I just got Adobe PS 7. I was wondering if there was a way to fill images? I couldn't find the tool to fill something with.
Also, I was wondering how to make an icon similair to this:

I also have psp9 if you have a way to do the 2nd one there, but I know the first one was made through PS :)
