Really stupid question
Ok, I have a really dumb question. I'm a total newbie..just got PSP 8 a few days ago and I've never made an icon in my life. Therefore, I'm coming to you on my hands and knees because I'm so darn confused.
The only thing I want to do is to put text on an icon. I can put the text on there, but it doesn't let me move the text anywhere, it says that I need to make it a new layer or something. But even when I try to make a new layer and then add text, it still won't move. It just moves the WHOLE layer. Also, the text keeps blinking like it's selected, even when it's not (or at least I don't think it is). If anyone could help me, I would be sooo eternally grateful.
