Grrr

Hi all..I had some puter problems so my PSP Animation Optimization settings are SCREWED UP! When I do animation now..its all distorted :(

Course I dont know wot the settings were before, they were comming out perfectly..whaaa..(Still kinda a newb)can anyone help me? I use Animation Shop 3..
