PSP 9 Script Problems+

something's wrong with my scripts. when i record one, and then try it on a new image (Image A), images i pasted in as new layers on the script are just the bast image (Image A) duplicated over and over again. then when i try to run the same script on another image (Image B), it once again duplicates the base (Image B), only now other images (Image A) show up on each layer.
also, when i work in PSP on images they look fine but then when i save them, edges become a bit distorted and pixelated. how do i fix this?
