Animation question...

Ok, i've searched through the memories, I've even gone to psptutorials And I can't seem to find it, although I'm pretty sure it was posted here...or somewhere, but I can't remember where.

Anyways, someone posted a Buffy tutorial from Reptile Boy (in regards to what drinking will do to you lol), it had this swishy swirly effect in between the frames.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Or could direct me to it.
